About us:

REAL ESTATE BROKERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, CAVITE CHAPTER

In Retrospect:

Six years ago, a group of concerned and dedicated licensed real estate brokers bonded together and dedicated themselves to pursue their common objectives of truly Professionalizing the real estate industry and raising the level of ethical standards of licensed real estate practitioners in the province of Cavite.

With this noble purpose in mind and adhering to the ideas they firmly believed in, they established an association known as the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines Cavite Chapter, Inc. (REBAP Cavite Chapter) with of course due to the outpouring support of the National Board headed by then President, CRB Cherit Domingo.

REBAP Cavite Chapter, Inc. was formally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 16, 2005 as a non-stock, non-profit, non-sectarian and non-political corporation.

CRB Blesilda Jamen was elected the first Chairman to head the 15-man board of trustees composed of CRBs Wenico Palles, Floro Bingco, Evelyn Espardinez, Lilia Perez, Francia Caadan, Noemi Rose Corroz (deceased), Emil Licerio, Eddie Calumpag, Nelson Cuizon, Vicky Cuizon, Carmencita Morota, Normita Tolentino, Wenifredo Royo and Evangeline Laosantos. They were also the signatories of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.

Today, REBAP Cavite Chapter is a strong force of 96 regular members. From 38 good standing members last January, 2009, the board projected an increase of 20-30% membership recruitment since we assumed the task. But then, we even surpass our projected effort and have it done more than a 100% fold increase in membership. We firmly believe that with the signing of RESA LAW, and with the accumulated effort of members of the board, we will duplicate what we have been achieved for the good of the association .

To be the Best Established Chapter committed to serve with the highest ethical and Professional standards, promoting protection of Real Estate trade Interests.

MISSION:

To Develop an excellent Sysytem Supportive to its Organization and Business Developments Plans.

MAIN GOAL AND OBJECTIVES:

To Increase Quality Membership by Maintining a Hamonious and Healthy working realtionship that will unleash the Power of Intellec, Independence, and Interdependence in order to be the Number One local Chapter of REBAP.

Reminders to all Rebap Members

Good morning to all CRB.

Please be reminded of the ff:

1. Annual dues due on or before Feb 28. We must remit our membership fee to National on Feb 28, failure on your part to pay the dues, you will be deleted. I think you can give a partial payment. Please visit our REBAP office, Rm 209 Bacoor Business Center.(tapat cmpd ng mga revilla, commercial area ng camella)

2. Please read other forwarded emails from National re template of Property listings.

3. First National GMM will be on March 31, 2011 at PNB Hall, Macapagal, Pasay. They will start at 4pm because we are going to have a CEP with 5units credit, the fee is only P400.00.

4. REBAP CAVITE BOARD is planning to conduct another CEP for agents/Brokers, tentative schedule 3rd week of March.No venue yet.

5. FYI. Some of your agents who attended the CEP in JIL decided to get the OJT thru CRB Rem Ramirez, the fee is one thousand pesos only.They just want to make sure they complied the number of units and the good news to learn more since CRB Rem will teach them, INTERNET MARKETING (E-MARKETING).They are required to create a new email add exclusive for these sessions (60units). So, as soon as we receive the payment, CRB REM will start their lesson/module 1.This is individual, they will be the one to answer/reply to CRB REm.

In this connection, the board is also planning to have our own schedule exclusive for REBAP-CAVITE re E-MARKETING.Dapat alam din natin, what to do, how to do it, and other things that we should know.
